Soozie's Policies
ANY CHANGES
made to your on-line order must be called in
to (541)867-36344498 within 30
minutes or we cannot guarantee the changes.
Cancellations must be called in within 30
minutes. Once your order is packed and ready
to go, it will be subject to a restocking fee
of 15% or $5 (whichever is higher) if you
should decide to cancel.
RUSH ORDERS
Due to their importance and time constraints,
rush orders are only available via telephone
ordering. Orders received by 2:00 PM Pacific
Time will by processed the same day. Any
orders received after 2:00 PM may not be
shipped until the following day. There is a
$8.00 "Rush Fee" and normal shipping and
handling charges do not apply. Shipping
charges will be quoted at the time of order.
Cancellations or changes must be called in to
(541) 867-3634 within 30 minutes. Once your
order is packed and ready to go, it will be
subject to a restocking fee. The restocking
fee on canceled RUSH orders is 25% or a
minimum of $10 plus the RUSH fee.

SHIPPING CHARGES &
DISCLAIMER: There are no shipping
charges for normal ground shipping. There is a $3.00 per
order handling charge. Once an order has
begun processing, the handling charge is not
refundable for any reason. Shipping charges
for rush orders are dependent on weight,
destination, and carrier selected. Rush order
shipping charges will be quoted at the time
of order.

In case of OBVIOUS
DAMAGE to the shipping box, you
must file a damage claim or refuse the
shipment due to damage. If the damage is
noticed after receiving and opening the box,
please call us to file a damage claim.
All DAMAGED OR MISSING
ITEMS must be reported within 24
hours of receiving the order. After that we
are not responsible for those items.
Please be aware that
PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH PAYPAL may
sometimes take several days to clear and that
circumstances beyond our control may make it
impossible for us to see if payments have
come in. We are not responsible for any
delays in processing orders paid for through
Paypal.
MAIL ORDERS ACCOMPANIED
BY CHECK will not be processed until
5 business days after receipt of he order.
